I enjoyed my 3-night stay in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Non-Smoking. The room was clean and exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel. AC kept the room comfortably cool. The breakfast offered a variety of options, although some were better than others. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere during the evenings, which was a nice bonus considering the hotel is situated on a main street. The location is perfect, just across from the casino and close to restaurants and shopping, making it easy to explore. However, I faced some issues. I had to switch rooms multiple times at the start, which was frustrating. In one of the rooms, the bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut, and the shower drain was slow, causing some inconvenience. Additionally, the non-smoking room I had initially booked had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was quite off-putting. The staff's friendliness was hit or miss. one employee was helpful, while another seemed a bit cold. There's definitely room for improvement on customer service. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, but there are definitely areas that need attention.

I can't say enough about how friendly each staff member was! They went beyond just the basics, like when I found a roach in my room, a staff member quickly handled it and reassured me it was taken care of. The breakfast was well received and enjoyable with good choices!
